Dzieci i słodycze są nierozłączne jak kiszone ogórki i wódka. Poprzestańmy jednak na tym pierwszym tandemie. Oto jak zwykłe, trywialne jedzenie cukrów w prosty sposób przekształcić w euforyczną radość i niebiańską ucztę dla oczu i podniebienia najmłodszych.

Na początek będziemy potrzebować racuchy. To najprostsze, co można zrobić z dwóch jajek, drożdży, pół szklanki mleka lub wody mineralnej, dwóch łyżek cukru, dwóch szklanek mąki, łyżeczki cukru wanilinowego i paru kropel aromatu do ciast. Wszystkie te składniki wrzucamy do dużej miski lub garnka i mieszamy dokładnie łyżką, widelcem lub ewentualnie śrubokrętem, aż do wyrobienia jednolitej masy. Przykrywamy szmatką lub talerzem i odkładamy w ciepłe miejsce na kilkanaście minut. Rozgrzewamy olej na patelni. Nie bawimy się z oliwą i olewamy mity o kwasach omega-alfa-ileś-tam, bo najzdrowszy i najlepszy jest nasz olej rzepakowy. O ile oczywiście nie mamy pod ręką oleju konopnego… Na rozgrzany olej kładziemy łyżką lub przy użyciu standardowego kieliszka porcje ciasta tak, żeby formowały niewielkie placki. Gdy się zarumienią, obracamy je na drugą stronę aż do zarumienienia na tejże drugiej stronie. Wyciągamy i kładziemy na talerz wyłożony ręcznikiem papierowym lub papierem toaletowym, chociaż ten drugi lubi się przyklejać. Po odsączeniu tłuszczu wykładamy wszystkie na blat, stół lub deskę do prasowania. Jeśli racuchy nam nie wyjdą lub jeżeli jesteśmy leniwi i nie chce nam się ich robić, możemy wykorzystać dowolne herbatniki, najlepiej okrągłe, jako bazę do dalszych czynności operacyjnych. Ale racuchy są lepsze, bo nie nasiąkają tym, czym je pokryjemy, więc się nie rozciapciają.

Na pięknie rozłożone racuchy nakładamy bitą śmietanę. Robimy to za pomocą dozownika w postaci naszych dzieci. To one decydują, czy to ma być pokrycie całopowierzchniowe każdego racucha, stożkowo-spiralne czy też wielopunktowe.

Następnie każdy z porytych bitą śmietaną racuchów ozdabiamy kompozycją owocową. Najlepiej w całości sprawdzają się porzeczki, wiśnie, czereśnie, jagody, borówki, winogrona, agrest, poziomki no i oczywiście maliny i jeżyny. Truskawki można przekroić na, za przeproszeniem, połówki. Można także poeksperymentować z owocami pokrojonymi w kostkę lub cienkie plastry, takimi jak banany, jabłka, gruszki, mandarynki, pomarańcze, arbuz, melon, kiwi albo jakiekolwiek inne, jakie nasze dzieci uznają za odpowiednie. Fajnie jest dodać jako ozdobę także kwiaty jadalne, takie jak lawenda, nagietek, stokrotka czy rumianek. Nadadzą one naszym deserom powabu wykwintności, a dzieci będą miały więcej radości przy ozdabianiu naszych magicznych ciastek.

Jeżeli po zabawie przygotowywania i ozdabiania ciastek jeszcze cokolwiek zostało, to wykładamy resztę na półmisek, robimy zdjęcie dla znajomych, po czym zapraszamy dzieci do wspólnej degustacji. Po zjedzeniu wszystkich magicznych ciastek robimy zdjęcia dzieciom i od razu wsadzamy dzieci do wanny. Następnie robimy zdjęcia kuchni i wraz ze zdjęciami upaćkanych dzieci wysyłamy byłej teściowej wraz z rachunkiem za remont kuchni oraz zużytą do kąpieli dzieci wodę. Smacznego!
