W tej sprawie policjanci nie przesłuchali istotnych świadków, zeznania z akt różnią się od tego, co usłyszeliśmy na miejscu. O  uniewinnienie męża, jak lwica walczy żona. To właśnie ona poprosiła nas o interwencję. Wyjaśniła, że jej mąż nie zrobił tego, za co usłyszał wyrok.

– Cały czas jesteśmy nękani, pomawiani – powiedziała. – Proszę sprawdzić, ile toczyło się postępowań z powodu zawiadomień tej pani, a ile zakończyło się postawieniem zarzutów? Męczy nie tylko nas, ale i innych. Ludzie ci zeznawali w sądzie, ale ich słowa nie zostały wzięte pod uwagę. Przez cały czas trwania postępowania, systematycznie i z uporem maniaka wymyślała, że mój mąż jeździ koło jej domu, chociaż miał zakaz zbliżania się do niej. Kłamała tylko po to, żeby trafił za kratki. A może nie tylko dlatego? Po wszystkim zażądały, ona i jej matka, po 40 tysięcy złotych odszkodowania.

To historia, jakich wiele. Jednocześnie jest tak wstrząsająca, ponieważ obnaża absurdy, układy i bestialstwo polskich sądów…
