W dniu 13 lutego 2020 roku odbędzie się pierwsze posiedzenie Parlamentarnego Zespołu ds. Przeciwdziałania Alienacji Rodzicielskiej. W spotkaniu wezmą udział posłowie i senatorowie oraz przedstawiciele organizacji i ruchów społecznych działających na rzecz praw dzieci i rodziców. Wśród osób zaproszonych do udziału w obradach są także psychologowie dziecięcy oraz adwokaci i sędziowie rodzinni.
Celem Zespołu jest opracowanie koniecznych zmian w prawie rodzinnym, którego dotychczasowa forma, narzucona jeszcze przez stalinowski reżim, jest przyczyną wadliwych orzeczeń sądowych, mających destrukcyjny wpływ na całe społeczeństwo. W Prezydium Zespołu zasiadają m. in. posłowie Grzegorz Braun, Janusz Korwin-Mikke i Robert Winnicki. Koordynatorem konferencji jest Paweł Skutecki.
Na pierwszym posiedzeniu Zespołu przedstawione zostaną najbardziej bulwersujące przykłady patologii sądów rodzinnych, których działania zniszczyły życie tysięcy dzieci i rodziców. Omówione zostaną także propozycje konkretnych zmian systemowych, niezbędnych do ostatecznego wyeliminowania patologii alienacji rodzicielskiej i jej destrukcyjnego wpływu na kolejne pokolenia.
Spotkanie rozpocznie się 13 lutego o godzinie 17.00 w sali 307 i będzie transmitowane w mediach oraz na stronie internetowej Sejmu. Konferencja prasowa przewidziana jest na godzinę 19.00.
